This web page provides information regarding The LOW INCOME ASSISTANCE CERTIFICATION APPLICATION package is now available to all residents who wish for apply for financial assistance in relation to the MCAI acquisition of Marineland Mobilehome Park.

 

Update 2010 Income Information

Notice of 2010 INCOME UPDATE TO LOW INCOME ASSISTANCE CERTIFICATION.

Residents who have submitted a low income certification application package should provide updated 2010 income information (or as current as you may available). The information is needed to confirm the percentage of low income residents that are in the park and to determine the amount of assistance that is needed from the residents to purchase their membership share or for monthly assessment assistance.

If you have already submitted an application, then you DO NOT need to complete another application. You need only to submit updated 2010 income information..

The income information that needs to be updated is as follows:

Refer to the INSTRUCTIONS and CHECKLIST that were distributed with the orginal application package to learn more about the income information. If you have any questions, refer to APPLICATION HELP & FAQ section below.

Application Package

The LOW INCOME ASSISTANCE CERTIFICATION APPLICATION package contains one page of instructions and three(3) forms.
IMPORTANT - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

Obtain a copy of the application as follows:

  1. To DOWNLOAD entire package, select Low Income Assistance Certification Application Package (5 pages).

Application Submittal

Make a copy of the completed application for your records. Place the application in an envelope. If you need a large envelope contact Janice Yates. Remember to include in your application a copy of your credit report. Free copies may be obtained from free services such as www.annualcreditreport.com .

Janice will answer general questions about application process and/or will contact The Loftin Firm on your behalf to answer your questions. The information in the application package is confidential and therefore applicants will be helped on a one-to-one basis. There are no plans for a public meeting on this topic at this time; however, individual resident meetings can be scheduled if needed.
