MARINELAND
Marineland Mobilehome Park is a 60-space, all-age community in Hermosa Beach, a beach city located in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County. Marineland is just five blocks from the Pacific Ocean and the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza; and, is located within a few blocks of the following:
- The Hermosa Beach Community Center, the site for many city sponsored events and classes.
- The Hermosa Beach Public Library and U.S. Post Office
- Hermosa Valley Elementary School
- The Hermosa Beach City Hall, Police Department and Fire Department.
- The Hermosa Beach Farmer�s Market which is held once a week on Friday afternoon.
- At least three private fitness centers as well as public facilities for walking/running, bikining, skateboarding, tennis, basketball, field hockey, volleyball and lawn bowling.
- Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, movie rentals, dry cleaners, locksmith, pet care, restaurants and many more retail stores and services.

Marineland Mobilehome Park is in the process of converting to resident ownership.
The Marineland Community Association, Incorporated (MCAI) is the resident
association that will ultimately acquire and own the park.
The Marineland Community Association, Incorporated ("MCAI") is an IRS 501c3 housing corporation. The park will be owned and operated as a limited equity housing cooperative.
