Marineland is just five blocks from the Pacific Ocean and the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza; and, just steps from the community center, library, public parks and shopping district. January 1st, 2012   An important Marineland Resident meeting is scheduled for January 25th, 2012 at 6:30pm. Location is City of Hermosa Beach City Hall, view meeting flyer. At this meeting The Loftin Firm will be presenting an update on the status of the conversion of Marineland MHP to resident ownership. December 12th, 2011   Changes in Law for 2012 that affect mobilehome parks. This schedule affects different types of ownership of mobilehome parks and a few affect all mobilehome parks. The Mobilehome Residency Law has a few changes and Employment law has some significant changes. It is not the purpose of this message to discuss either one of those Acts. September 23, 2011.   A new Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Plan Committee has been formed in Marineland. VOLUNTEERS WANTED to provide neighbor-to-neighbor disaster preparedness and emergency evacuation assistance. Go to EMERGENCY web page.
